"I WILL KILL YOUUUGRRAWWW!" he yelled into the night air. Neither Liafa nor Astrapesmon flinched as Allomon lunged forwards, causing cracks beneath his massive feet in the tarmac of the road. Trees lined neatly along the road whipped in the wind created by the open portal to the Digi World. With one clumsy swipe with his taloned hand, the Allomon tore the lamp-post from its foundations, sending it flying across towards Liafa. Astrapesmon had leapt out of the way just in the right time to jump on Allomon's head from the now flying lamp post to scratch one of his yellow-green eyes. The fox like digimon stared in disbelief as the lamp post went flying towards her Tamer, to fast to be dodged.
Liafa watched un-emotionally as the lamp post flew towards her, to proud to throw herself out of the way. She closed her eyes, expecting the cold metal wrapped around her at any time, when she heard the sound of claws scrabbling on the tarmac.
"BLUE BLASTER," the lamp post exploded in a blast of blue fire as Liafa opened her eyes, the fiery molten metal flying high over her head and blasting apart on the concrete of the large pedestrian bridge. Her eyes turned away from the pieces of metal to the digimon in front of her.
"Gabumon!" she cast her eyes about and saw Yamato running towards her, his longish blonde hair whipping in his face, his dressing gown flapping about him. Allomon's roar drew Liafa's attention back to the battle, as Astrapesmon launched another round of Lightning Blades in the dinosaur digimon's face.
"Liafa, are you alright!?" Liafa signalled to Astrapesmon to cease her concerns.
"Focus Astrapesmon, focus!" Allomon was shaking his head in rage and stumbling about as Astrapesmon launched from her perch on another lamp post and tumbled through the air to launch another attack. Yamato came alongside Liafa and smiled uncertainly at her
"Still treating Astra like a soldier I see," Liafa snorted and shut her eyes briefly before looking up at Yamato
"Still living in the real world I see," Liafa smiled slightly as this and looked at Gabumon, nodding briefly at him, "Nice to see you to Gabumon," The digimon nodded and gazed out to the fight in front of them
"Do you think she will need help?" Liafa shook her head as Allomon fell to the ground in a resounding crash. Without even looking at the fallen digimon, the tamer girl looked up to the surrounding flats, and smiled with satisfaction as only three people were leaning over balconies. She sighed with nostalgic relief.
"I'm here to find the new Digi Destined. And I think I found them. Does this way remind you of anything," she smiled innocently at Yamato, watching it dawn on his face as he remembered, all those years ago, when Greymon fought Parrotmon. He looked over at the fallen Allomon, slowly breaking up into digidata and returning to the Digi World through the open portal.
"You engineered this, didn't you? Years you've been gone, with only glimpses every now and then. You sure know how to make you arrival known in the real world,"
